Cross Sectional Meeting : We have a regular meeting of a Cross Sectional of employees with the MD, DMD and Head HR. The employees have an access to the MD and they can ask questions to the management and the answers are given there. HR Doors open between 3 - 5 pm : All employees can visit HR Head between 3-5 pm and they are attended to immediately. They can take an appointment and come to meet either HR Head or MD.
