The Training Department was established on 23rd September 2002 with the objective of imparting training to the Fresh Graduate Engineers and Diploma Holders immediately on completion of University Education, to the specific requirement of an EPC organization of global standards, so that they are ready to participate in the implementation of various projects in the shortest possible time. It chiefly aims at bridging the gap between college education and needs of the industry.

Around 200 fresh engineers and draftspersons have been trained in the company. Currently, 60 engineers and draftspersons are undergoing training in various disciplines of Engineering.

In addition to the technical training, the department also provides training on soft skills to all employees at various levels of management.

We also provide higher education facilities to our employees by the way of signing MoU with few renowned educational institutions like Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani and Loyola Institute for Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, for their personal growth and empowerment.
