Diploma Holder Trainees

The training period is programmed for 24 months for draftsperson which includes one month class room lectures on various disciplines of engineering.

The draftspersons are trained extensively in the software used by the departments for approximately one year. During the second half of the training, they are given "on the job" training. Expertise available in the departments is used for this purpose.

The trainees are evaluated every six months and the necessary course corrections are taken to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of them.
